Stuart Courthouse Wedding Photographer
Getting married in Stuart? Congratulations! A courthouse ceremony is simple, quick and wonderfully personal, and Stuart might be the prettiest place in Florida to do it. The Martin County courthouse is steps from the St. Lucie River, and the waterfront park nearby makes a perfect backdrop once you’ve said “I do.”
I’m Inta, a South Florida wedding photographer. I photograph your ceremony, then take you and your new spouse for relaxed, romantic portraits in the park, so you leave with photos that look like a full wedding day in about two hours.
The Elopement & Courthouse Package, $375
Up to 2 hours of coverage: your arrival, the ceremony, and relaxed couple portraits.

The ceremony itself is usually brief. With your arrival and portraits afterward, plan on about 2 hours in total, which is what the package covers.

Yes. Civil ceremonies through the Martin County Clerk of Court and Comptroller are performed by appointment for an additional $30 fee, typically at the nearby Courthouse Gazebo or Memorial Park. Apply for your marriage license at the Clerk’s office, 100 SE Ocean Blvd, Stuart. The license fee is $86, or $61 if you complete an approved premarital course. Please confirm current hours, fees and requirements with the Clerk’s office before your date.

Whatever makes you feel like yourselves. Many couples choose a simple dress or a light suit, since the portraits afterward are outdoors in South Florida’s warm weather. Light, breathable fabrics photograph beautifully.

Yes, and it’s one of my favorite parts. After the ceremony we can head to Memorial Park, with its waterfront, brick paths, big old banyan tree, and park arch, for relaxed, romantic portraits. Tell me what you have in mind and I’ll suggest the best plan for your timing and the weather.
-
Yes. I photograph courthouse weddings throughout South Florida, including Stuart, West Palm Beach, Delray Beach, and Palm Beach Gardens. Send me your date and courthouse and I’ll confirm availability.
-
Popular dates fill up, so earlier is better. Many couples contact me 1 to 4 weeks ahead. Send me your date and I’ll tell you right away if it’s open.
-
That’s completely okay. You can share your next-day sneak peek gallery with them right away, so they feel part of the day even from far away.
-
The number of guests allowed in the ceremony room is set by the Clerk’s office, so please ask when you book your appointment. I’m happy to photograph whoever joins you, including family portraits after the ceremony.
